Chaos
This is where I will outline the common held misconceptions in our community about the personal crisis and suicide epidemic we are in. It is based off my lived experience over years of working in the Australian Army, overseas deployments, divorce, depression, suicide and transitioning out of the military into the business world.
I will most definitely walk you through the lows of the experience, but also the valuable lessons that almost cost me my life, so that you don’t have to learn them the hard way.

Clarity
In this presentation I explain how the mix of identity, trauma and stress accumulate over time and how repeated exposure can cause self-destructive habits, interpersonal conflict and internal crisis.
More importantly, I will walk you through how to understand each of these components so you can implement some strategies and tactics to get your life back on track.

Capacity
The last piece of a complex puzzle is having the capacity to change. The capacity to choose how you answer the fundamental question, “am I worth it”? Only your actions will dictate whether you have truly decided to cut off from your previous beliefs and behaviours and adapt a new mindset.
I will outline some of the mindset shifts I was forced to make in order to actually implement the tactics that I cover in this final presentation. I truly believe that you are worth it, which is why I have decided to share these learnings and will never stop serving the community and the people that I know deserve it.
