You simply loop the Velcro pieces around your e-collar strap, the running ring of your slip/dominant collar or the bottom ring of your prong/pinch collar and you have 3 collars in 1!
It has all the same features and comforts as the Patrol Collar such as neck padding, firm but flexible inner lining and the handle/no handle option.

To integrate the slip collar, open up the single Velcro loop.
Identify the free moving O-ring on the slip collar.
Feed the female Velcro through the top of the running O-rings. Fold the male Velcro over the top to secure the O-ring. Shuffle the O-ring to the end of the 2 loops of the collar so the fabric loop of the sip collar is orientated upwards. Reattach the snap clip of the slip collar to the O-ring.
To attach the E-Collar Mount, first open the 2 Velcro loops on the collar. Place the E-Collar Mount between the 2 open loops, ensuring the device itself is in the middle of the 2 open loops at the top of the collar. Once in place, close the Velcro loops to secure the E-Collar Mount tightly against the collar.
To adjust sizing, move the bungee retention strap from the adjustment tab.
Lift the Velcro pieces so they are not stuck together.
To tighten, pull the outside adjustment piece away from the Cobra Buckle.
To loosen, hold the inside of the collar base and pull the Cobra Buckle away from your hand. Ensure your thumb is between the male and female Velcro to ensure it doesn't get caught.
To release the Cobra Buckle, press both the small wings on the female side together.
The male component will easily slide out and the buckle will be open.
To reattach, ensure the male part is inserted into the middle of the female piece and gives an audible click once fully seated. Give it a test pull to ensure the 2 wings are both in place.
The para v-ring can be used on either side of the collar. When used with a handle, ensure the clip does not go under the handle.
Measure on the thick part of the neck and leave some room to grow!
